Why choose us?
| ACER Motorcycle Training is owned by Steve Guest who has been instructing motorcyclists in the Gloucester, and Cheltenham area for the last nine years. Before that he worked in London for twelve years as a despatch rider, clocking up more than 800,000 miles. He has also competed successfully for many years in road racing, motocross and beach racing, and continues to do so with Acer's own motorcycle race team.We have almost 100% pass rate with all motorcycle tests. We provide all forms of motorcycle training and instruction, from CBT to Direct Access, 125cc and scooter test courses, to advanced riding and back to biking courses. We cater for all kinds of riders, including female riders, mature riders, young people with their first scooter or bike, those returning to biking after a break or wanting to move up from a scooter to a bigger bike - in fact, anyone who wants to ride. ACER's trainees to date have had a pass rate of over 95% on their Direct Access tests and rarely get over four minor marks (under 15 minor marks will gain a pass). We try to teach all trainees every aspect of riding a motorcycle, not just about passing a test, and we like to think that we get most trainees well above test standard on their courses. Our fleet of bikes includes 50cc scooters, Kawasaki ER5s, Suzuki GS500s and Honda CG125s, some of which have been lowered to cater for smaller riders. We use high quality, clear radios for bike-to-bike communication. Course prices include petrol, use of helmet, gloves and waterproofs if required. We are always happy to give advice on motorcycling and motorcycle safety to schools and colleges in Gloucestershire. If you would like any information about motorcycling just contact us and we will be happy to point you in the right direction. We can recommend dealers for all kinds of bikes and scooters, parts, motorcycle clothing, helmets and accessories, MOTs, servicing and motorcycle insurance. Steve Guest relaxing on his day off
